Christmas Cookies

always the same problem everytime christmas is coming. I dont know what I can give to family..neighbour..friends... nightmare! In the end I decided to bake some cookies I used to bake in Indonesia when some occassion like this arise. I set them inside plastic container and put a ribbon. Un pensiero like they call it! My cookies came out from the oven without burn and everybody's happy...(I hope though)

RITNEY made in Italy

I made these hairband and put my own label. No ones birthday... christmas passed... just out of the blue. I think its lovely... my label I meant! I print it out myself yesterday... maybe I supposed to sell it and make some euros?????!!!!

Wrist Pin cushion

Lately I feel like doing hand crafting. I check on someone's blog about making a wrist pin cushion. Which is so usefull and cute. Everytime I need pins it is just on my wrist. because of the flower shape and pins attach to it- My husband call it "voodoo flower" hahahhahahahahha.. well named.

Burda dress for Natale

It wasnt need to be so difficult to assemble this dress. The instruction is there and I just need to follow... if its only written in English. Oh yes this one comes from burda Italia. But its done anyway. I went to a family christmas party with that. Likely its synthetic so keeps me warm allright.

Winter Coat

I am doing this first time winter coat. this is great. The fabric was about to end up for cushions. but I manage to save it....^^ I might have been possesed by seamstress ghost coz during the construction was a pleasure... For the first time I wore this coat on a trip to Louvre Paris. That time I havent put proper lining inside. I Only put knit fabric underneath d coat for the warmth purpose. It was unapropriate fabric for lining which supposed to be slippery material so u can easily put it in and out.

1st Project on menswear

This piece of fabric from IKEA would be the 1st menswear project I intent to do. But then I need to decide weather i cut it off grain or paralell with grain. I am however would like the shape of leave intact....

I cut it on bias. Turn out GREAT!! My husband like it..and the leave shape still intact. Now he asked me for a homemade happy pants.. so we need to figure something out ..right??!!

Cheese Kastangel snack

I just made this snack which's consist of 300gr cheese, 2 yellow eggs only, flavour and butter. the taste is slightly salty. this is the second times I made this snack and my husband like to say,.. "oh no! you deliberately want to make me fat". coz he couldnt stop eat it. hap..hap... slowly slowly gone...

Valentina's sheer dress

It is actually not my territorial project. I never sew dress or whatever for kids. But then I just want to help zia Luisa to get over and done with it since I saw it still -unfinished yet -a few months ago. There it is... mostly I get help from my serger. I couldn't imagine how it would be a nightmare if I try to constructed the dress with sewing machine. Even it was pretty hard with serger!I think the results is not bad ...regarding the fabric was a left over from God knows from where... and I made a lining as well to go with the sheer dress. I put stitch on some point so that it will look like a built in lining.The original pattern is from burda magazine... i don't know which issues. I used the basic shape of the dress then added some creation here and there.I just hope she (Valentina) would wear it even if it's only once! and hopefully she can slide her head over the neckline coz I didn't really measure it. Oh well whatever... my experience with making dress all this time is I never really fail. Some improvisation i believe would help..
